May 2010 - Highlights from a couple of Aaron's Preschool Field Trips

Hovander Park
Yep, Ryan gets to go too...I was a driver
Aaron and some preschool buddies

Tractor time
Mrs. Carlson pointing the way
Heading to eat snack

Larabee Park (it rained the whole time...but the kids didn't mind)
Lots of pretty purple star fish

The crab...we couldn't decide if it was trying to follow us or run away...watch the video
Aaron had a great time climbing the rocks...can you see him in the yellow?
Look at this tiny crab

Bald eagle sitting on a rock on a small island off shore

Mickey Mouse Club

Matt took the band to Disney Land this year (he always seems to go while I'm pregnant).  He brought back some gifts for the boys. Here they are sporting new pj's and Mickey Mouse ears.

May 2010 - Helping with Bark

Always big helpers
Aaron was super excited to ride in this rented truck with Daddy
He even spreads bark!
Hard working boys

May 2010 - Lynden City Park (First and Second Visit)

First Visit: We kept hearing about how neat the Lynden City Park was...so we checked it out...it is neat!

The big hit...the tire swing

The is a very fast twisty slide...Ryan went down it over and over. The first time we came to the park I went down this slide with him in my pregnant state...not the best plan. It also gets pitch black for about half of it.
More tire swing!
Yep they love it!

May 2010 - Ski to Sea Parade

Waiting for the parade to begin
Kara, Nate and Grace
The crew
Carah, Maverick and Kaylee
Aaron and Ryan watch down the street for the beginning of the parade
Here comes the band!
They look great this year!

Here comes daddy!

Shmoozing the crowd
Daddy gives Aaron a hug...I forgot his "glove ears" (ear plugs)...Aaron still doesn't like loud noises

Boys will be boys...what climbers

Baby Cole 3 - June 3rd Ultra Sound - 31 weeks

Today I had an ultra sound because I am yet again measuring small. We are just over 31 weeks.  I told our doctor that I always measure small at this point. He said yes, but just to be safe we would do another ultra sound. For most of the session an intern imaged our baby.  At the end the tech came in and sent the intern out to do paper work. She looks at me and says, "lets have some fun" and gets the 3d imager out. Yeah!  The above picture is my favorite!  She also reconfirmed that baby Cole 3 is really a girl...so enjoy the 3d pictures of Madison Hope and the 4d video!
This is my favorite video!
Almost looks like a smile!
Yep, there's a double chin!  The tech said she is about 3 lbs 9 oz. at this point.
Those are her fingers coming right at you. She had her hands by her face a lot. She also moved about 90% of the hour session...making it challenging on the intern.
More 4d video
2d video...not quite as impressive after the 4d!
